The saponification line
It starts with refined palm and palm-kernel oil, saponified on our continuous line into soap noodles — the semi-finished base, dried to a controlled moisture and total-fatty-matter level.
Those noodles are then milled, plodded, stamped and wrapped into the finished bar, with fragrance and colour added to your formulation.
Why integration matters
Because we own the chain from base to finished bar, we can hold quality steady lot after lot — and adjust the formulation precisely when a client needs a particular hardness, lather or claim.
